Julio Cartaya is a Miami-based industrial designer and craftsman with a lifelong passion for design.

Originally from Cuba, he moved to the United States in 2006 and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

His work has been exhibited at Art Basel Miami and recognized in multiple national design competitions.

With a background in furniture, interiors, and prototype development, Julio approaches every custom staircase as both a structural element and a functional work of art.

From concept to installation, he personally oversees each project to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail.
